I started to roast coffee in a wok about 20 years ago.

Then I had a small roaster (250 gr).

Now I have a bigger one. Roaster that is. (2.5 kg)

I buy most of my coffee from the farmers, in the hills between Ranong and Chumphon. Robusta.

I am far from being a professional. But being better than Star_ucks, is fairly easy.

Is there anybody in Phuket, who knows a lot about roasting coffee or wants to make his own roast?
