Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a quality therapeutic thai massage in Pattaya. I need genuine massage for pain relief and not some novice just rubbing me for 2 hours.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Alex

what kind of pain? back, neck, there is an american chiroprater in pattaya,

I had chronic shoulder pain ,sometimes i couldn't lift it, had this for a couple of years, anyway went to thai massage, useless, went to chiroprater, said it ws long term thing and went to see him every 3 days seemingly without an end date. Any way went to BankkokPattaya Hospital. Doc barely looked at me (raised my arm and said 'push') Gave me an injection where it hurt with some antiflams and some painkillers, week later i said it still hurt so gave me an injection in a different place with more antiflams, told me to do some downward streches. Said it was a trapped nerve which in turn snowballed the problem to other areas. Anyway thankfull to the doc there, as everything seem sorted :D:D If I had knee pain it is the place I would go :o

I assume the doctor gave you a steroid injection, I am very

weary of having that done as I know it weakens the tendons. Also knee pain can come from so many sources it would be difficult to know where to inject. Anyway a consultation with the orthopaedic guy you saw couldnt hurt - what is his name?.

cheers,

[sorry, i think i binned everything when Bupa started dicking me around so i don't have his name, I don't think there are many orthopaedic guys there. When I asked, he said the injections were a type of anestetic as I was previously warned about isteriod njections (cant remember the name, Bupa also mentioned it) . Anyway check it out, I am pretty much 100 % now :o
