Suggest you do a Google for: Kidney Dialysis bangkok

Quite a few hits for that Q.

I'd bet, tho, that you'd want to make a firm appointment for him before he arrives in Bangkok as the particular center you like might not have a clear time exactly when you want it.

Bangkok Hospital in Bangkok also has a large dialysis facility www.bangkokhospital.com

But none of these places are going to be inexpensive. They'll be less than private pay in the US, but still pretty pricey.

The less expensive options would probably not be possible to arrange on short notice, e.g. government hospitals. Would take 2 weeks of waiting in lines and seeing a series of doctors to even get accepted into dialysis at them.

You could try this more moderately priced private hospital, which I know offers dialysis:

Bangkok Christian http://www.bkkchristianhosp.th.com/main_cl...n=15&lang=E They have dialysis, problem will be scheduling it in advance as the English speaking capacity of administrative and nursing staff very limited. If he just shows up there, they'll dig up an English speaker for him, but by phone or email may not get too far. No harm in trying an email tho [email protected]

He should, obviously, bring his medical records with him including a dialysis order from his regular physician. He may need to have blood tests before the dialysis, these can be done at any hospital but should have his doctor clearly write out the names of the tests.

Given the complex arrangements that need to be made to ensure 2 confirmed dialysis sessions in one week it might well be worth his while to utilize one of the many "medical tourism" companies that specialize in making such arrangements. They usually work with a wide range of hospitals and can help locate the least expensive option as well as ensure his medical records are transferred to the hospital and appointment confirmed for both the dialysis and any needed blood work.
