i am about to go and pay a deposit to big move phuket, before i do, has anyone used this service before? its seems quite pricey to me, but if they offer a good service including all the packing and unpacking its probably worth it.

My neighbor has just used them.All went well but as you say very pricey.

Hi. My company has used them before. Professional team with english speaking staff in the office, and a bunch of bodies to move stuff. Worth checking the liability for damage in transit if the fee is expensive and it really depends on what is being moved.
