A cheap laser printer is less than 3,000 baht and you could print several books with that before even having to replace toner.

Down Thepkasattri till you hit town (4 way with 3 pedestrian overpasses) turn left

Turn right at the jail, Top copy will be on your left hand side about 250 meters down Big sign out front. Cheep copies.
