Holiday

Featured Replies

We just received an announcement at work that we are on holiday now until the 18th.

:)

So now you will join the rally?? :)

This is kind of related to the 'holiday'. My school was closed on Friday, due to the rally in Bangkok. My school is grades K to Grade 12 and I'm aware that all schools are legally required to be open and teaching the students for a certain number of days per year. I asked the management what this number is and they said they weren't sure (alarm bells ringing :))

Does anyone on this forum know? minimum number of school days under Thai law? This must be on a website somewhere, if anyone can read Thai, could you post the link?

Cheers
