I would like to know if someone has already had problems at the Bangkok airport customs if found guilty of carring in/out of the Country, personal medication containing Narcotics class 2, and without the appropriate license of the FDA Thai ? which are the consequences if having bad luck and being "caught" .???

Caught with a class 2 narcotic without doctor's prescription at the airport or elsewhere in Thailand = jail, and there are foreigners in thai prisons now for exactly that.

However if you have a prescription, there is no need for an FDA license as long as it is for personal use and quantity not more than a 30 day supply.
