Uk Consulate Proof Of Rental Income

I am hoping to use rental income on a UK property towards my visa extension

The rental is on a 2 month statutory periodic tenancy according to my agent

As a result I haven't got a lease only bank statements showing a regluar 2 monthly receipt

Anybody know is that acceptable or what the UK Consulate will ask for

Do you pay taxes on the rental income?

Tax receipts are OK.

I am pretty sure that you would need a proper yearly lease drawn up by a lawyer and also income tax receipts

I use the information I get each month from the agent, photocopy of at least three months statements giving the rent paid by the tenant.
