Featured Replies

hi all

i am hoping tomorrow to do a visa run, at ranong, andaman club,

I am doing this on the way to pattaya, and i will have a car full of my luggage please can anyone tell me

1, where is it safe to leave the car for a few hours

2, what is the lastest i can get there, and return in the same day

3, how do i get to the andaman pier, ( does anyone have a google earth pinpoint)

many thanks

nick

You can leave your car at the club parking lot, it.s next to the club and in plain sight. I think around 3PM is last run, don't eat there as you might miss the return boat.

There are security guards on the gate as you go in. Leave your car outside the front office , you will only be gone about 2 hours if that,

I do not know which direction you are coming from, If you are coming from Phuket you will come into Rannong , There are a set of Lights, just before them on the left there is a slip road, take that and carry on,If you miss the turning just turn left at the lights then right. Follow that road through the town, you will go past a market on the left, just keep going you will go round a left hand bend there are sign posts for the Anderman pier.

I would give a security guard 100 baht to watch your loaded pickup. works every time for me.

would try to be there at 1300, to make sure Burma immigration is still there

its 300km, and I v been there in 3 hours

have a nice trip

BTW, Andaman club is probably the only place in Ranong you can park without loosing your stuff on the pickup
