Can someone recommend me a qualified, English-speaking gender therapist in Bangkok?

I've looked through the pinned Mental Health Resource List but there doesn't seem to be any who specialise in gender issues. Specifically I am looking for a psychiatrist who has had experience in dealing with male-to-female transitions.

Since late last year gender counselling has been mandatory prior to sexual reassignment surgery in Thailand, so all hospitals and clinics doing SRS of necessity be able to provide a referral. Whether the person they refer to is any good/offers meaningful therapy vs a rubber stamp, is another matter.

Assuming you are looking for real therapy as opposed to just signing off on a legal requirement, I'm making some inqueries and will let you know.
