My experience, and that also of my friend, has been the customer service at the Phuket Town (Thepkasatri rd) Toyota to be far superior to that on the junction of Bypass rd. and Thapkasatri Rd. Once I was 15 minutes late to a service appointment due to factors outside my control and they turned me away. I couldn't believe it. Certainly a very different customer service than that I am used to in the states.

town branch is much better, sales and aftermarket. shouldnt say it because most farang use bypass branch. please keep it secret
