Looking to pick up a quality Jump Rope and a couple small weights like 12 or 15 pound hand weights... Where can I grab these in Pattaya?

the sports shop at the cinema shopping complex on 2nd road just down from tims bar does a set of 6kg weights for 195 bht each

they are the plastic type not the posh metal ones but they worked for me

then you could always work up to bench pressing a 35kg Thai bar girl as opposed to a 35kg bar bell or should that be bar belle??

up and down sukhumvit there's a fair few gym gear places i've seen.

one on the corner of pattaya tai and sukhumvit comes to mind, i think there's 1-2 on threppersit road as well. the sports shops on the corner of theppresit has ropes and what not, and the sports shops in big c / central also have similar, but not sure on the free weights.
