Selling House Phuket Town

Featured Replies

any body know an estate agent, any recommendation for best beach area to move too,

I know lots of 'agents' but for me trying to sell my place I have found them totally useless and thats being kind. If your a buyer with 10+m THB where the 'agent' doesn't have to do much work then I think you will find a completely different service though.

Notice the way I use inverted commas around the word agent? Its because I don't class these people as estate agents.

Anyway, on a brighter note. Beach area? Well what exactly are you looking for? A bustling beach area or quiet beach area? Im located around Bang Tao Surin way. 2 lovely beaches and I find the locals are a lot more friendly up here in comparison to the more southern areas. There's a lot going on in some places but its generally very quiet which is/has been perfect for me and its in the middle of the island which is handy. Less crime too.

Nai Thon, Nai Yang and Layan areas also appeal to me; they are very quiet and quite beautiful.

I've lived down at Karon and Rawai during my time here; I didn't like Karon to much, Rawai was ok.

But as I say, it depends what you are looking for ...
