Looking For A Nice Home

Featured Replies

Two weeks ago I passed a dog running along a street in Kathu with a rope around her neck. I didn't really give it much thought until 3 days later when I drove home to find the same dog sitting outside my house (nowhere near where I'd seen her).

She looked a bit thin and I was sure she'd be thirsty as it was really hot so I made the mistake of giving her food and water. Yes, you've guessed it, she decided this must be a nice place to live and dug herself in under some bushes outside my house.

I've already got 5 dogs so there's no chance that I can keep her but I've had her sterilized along with rabbies vaccine.

I'm writing this on the off chance that someone out there can give her a really good home. I've had one offer already but to be honest it's better than dumping her in the temple but not the ideal home. I know beggars can't be choosers but I really want to give this a shot on TV before I let her go.

So if there's anyone out there that could give "Goldie" a home where she's not going to be tied up all day, might get a nice walk, TLC and the odd treat now and again both she and I would be over the moon.

Looking at her I'd say she's not a year old yet, she's really affectionate, full of fun and energy and I'd say she would bring someone a lot of joy.

I've attached a picture. The reason for the shaved forehead is that she's got several wounds on her head that had become infected but are healing really well.

I've got until the 11th, so here's hoping.
