PATTAYA:-- On Friday Afternoon at Central Festival Pattaya Beach, Khun Itipon, the Mayor of Pattaya led a press conference to announce the local activities for the Pattaya Songkran Festival. It was announced that on 19th April which is the day when Pattaya celebrates Songkran, Pattaya Beach Road will be closed to traffic to allow for revelers to enjoy the Festival without fear of traffic jams and drunk drivers causing road accidents
