Pattaya Songkran-related water fighting begins

PATTAYA:-- The Water Festival otherwise known as Songkran has started early here in Pattaya. Reports of water fighting on Pattaya Beach Road and inside Soi’s 7 and 8 were received and despite the fact that the Pattaya Songkran Festival does not take place until 19th and the National Songkran Festival is not until 13th April.
