Expired Non O

Featured Replies

I most recently entered Thailand on 12 May using a one-year Non-Im "O" class visa which expired on 13 May. I was given 90 days - to 9 August. Am I correct in thinking that I can got a 30 day extension at my local immigration office

You are not eligible for any extension on a 90 day stay. You may get at some offices but I would not count on it. Only the 60 day tourist visa regularly receives a 30 day extension of stay.

Tend to agree, I think from what I understand it would be a "long-shot" for him to to get his extension.

Unless he can show the 400K or a WP.

I tried it where I am well known and got a falt refusal. (And I buy him lunch - a long lunch)
