PATTAYA:-- Late on Monday Night, Pattaya Police were called to the Emergency Room at the Pattaya International Hospital located in Soi 4 off Pattaya Second Road to speak with a 44 year old tourist from Senegal, Mr. Djiby Hamidou who had been assaulted inside an Internet Café on Pattaya Second Road.
