Greetings and best wishes!

I love somtam, but it is not always easy to have it made jeh.

Since i have been living here for a couple years, i do have a few "restaurants"/ stalls where i can have it made (at work and near my home).

I do not make it at home, but if i did, I wonder how to do it properly.

Can anyone share their formula for the Best Somtam Jeh? Measurements for the ingerdients aswell!
