15 and 16 year old boys caught with stolen bikes in South Pattaya

PATTAYA:-- Just before 5.30 on Tuesday Morning, Police Captain Jamrat from Pattaya Police Station was on routine patrol in South Pattaya when he came across two young boys on motorbikes. Police approached them and realized the drivers of both bikes were only 15 and 16. The bikes they were using were both reported as stolen.

Half the bikes riders in Thailand are under 16 years of age so I guess that means half the bikes are stolen.
