Surely a troll post, but in the event it's not: as long as you can prove that the money came from your overseas account you are on reasonably safe ground however, you may need a new wife!

I agree probably a troll but if he is legally married the house is half his half hers if bought after marriage. land is not his it is hers absolutely. reading the ccc and using the land office and courts oneself is better than paying a lawyer to tell you what he knows you want to hear.

where the money came from is irrelevant. what do the ownership documents say.
