Inconsiderate Youth Shot In Pattaya Noise Pollution Debacle

PATTAYA:-- An extremely aggravated Thai man has shot his young neighbour in Pattaya on Friday evening. The incident occurred after the youth had persistently broadcast loud music from his car stereo rejecting his neighbour’s pleas to turn it down.

The friend stated that Mr. Tanod-Chaisong had been testing his recently purchased car stereo system in front of his house in Nong Palai when his neighbour had began to complain. It is alleged that the neighbour, Mr. Wongjan Chaisen [55] had demanded that he turn-off his music immediately as it was annoying him and disturbing the other residents.

What a good idea,as thais dont appreciate how annoying this is.I would have expected a farang to kill a this soon due to this inconsiderate act

I would have done that to the morons that live across the street from me, except that I don't have a gun.

Would have been a rational thing to do, would have been in less trouble, possibly the BiB would not even have bothered to investigate it just like probably the other complaints regarding this guy and his "Ghetto Blaster".

I've got a neighbor doing the same shit. Every day loud music out of his car that I don't even hear my phone ringing. Thanks for the advice, now I know what I'll do to him.......lol

That's right, one shot with a shotgun and the equipment would unhearable....

Anyone who has noisy inconsiderate neighbours...if they persist after politely telling them to pipe down, do the following. Set up your own portable CD player outside and face it towards their property. Choose most annoying CD on your collection, select "continuous play", turn on at full blast and go out shopping, get a massage or/and watch a movie. Tell other neighbours of your plan so as not to piss them off too. I never had a problem after that.
