Need To Move Asap - Looking For 5000 Baht/mth Condo Ratchadapisek Area

Recommended Posts

Hi there - if anyone can advise of a place that would be great.

For private reasons I need to move ASAP, by the 16th really and I'm looking to stay in the same area, around Ratchadapisek road.

I'm currently in Huay Kwang and just looking for a condo around 5000B/Mth - With 1 Mth Deposit - looking at 6 mth contract.

Preferably not a box - but I understand for 5000 you won't get much.

If anyone knows of anywhere and can advise I'd be very greatfull.

Will continue to look also and will update this post till secured.

Please PM me or reply below,

Thanks all.

If you go to Thailand Cultural Center station and then to behind Carrefour / Robinsons - there are many many mansions with rooms to rent for around 5000 baht :)

The orange one next to Srivara Mansions 2 is (well was, when my friend moved in 2 years ago) 4000 baht. She will move out on Friday, so maybe you can take her room?

Live in same area but on Na Thong 4 called Prima Place. Its fairly new and has quite a few expats living here, rent is about 5500-6500 a month. Rooms are pretty decent size too.
