Water Main Break On Silom Soi 3

A water main under (barely) Silom Soi 3 immediately behind BBL's main office, across from the 7-11, has broken, creating a river down the soi that connects Silom Soi 3 with Soi 5 immediately behind BBL. Fish would have been very happy with the quantity of water, however anything else trying to move down the soi would drown.

Of course, when I asked the rent-a-cops at BBL's back gate if it would be possible to walk behind BBL's office and out the gate at the other end, all I got was a stupid smile and "closed!"

So, I walked back to Silom Rd and down Soi 5 to my home.

Yet another outstanding example of someone being allowed to think for themselves (not) and to promote excellent customer service (NOT!) to a neighborhood already in emotional and financial distress. Couldn’t they open the gate for pedestrians to make life easier for the residents of their neighborhood?
