I was just sitting at my computer in my apt. in On Nut area and started hearing a lot of explosions coming from Bang Na direction about 8pm. I got pretty freaked out that I was gonna be sandwiched between Downtown and some other new battle out there. Went to my balcony and was treated to a quite impressive fireworks display! Who on Earth and Why on Earth are people having a fireworks show at such a time?

They seemed to be coming from near Sukhumvit/Bang Na Trat intersection. Anyone else see/hear it?

The idiot Red Shirt are firing fire cracker indiscriminately and also they are shooting guns in the direction of the army in Ratchatawi toweard the new BTS station. I have heard more than 20 times 4 shoot at a time

No this was not the red shirts doing. This was a professional fireworks show like you might see at new years (albeit smaller). Just struck me as bizarre.
