So Who Owns Chaweng Lake ?

Here I was thinking that because the government built the lake, they owned the lake. Apparantly not, as a steady stream of water trucks belonging to View World Water roar up and down Soi Reggae to fill up from the lake. Nice little profit for someone !

Many of the trucks going up and down soi reggae are from Samui Deep Well (which is good clean water) and are supplying Hotels overnight
