Assuming the night of Saturday to Sunday is still a curfew night, are there any bar owners who will be opening their doors pre-curfew time, then make it a private party during curfew hours and let people go home after the game in the morning??

Best option is Sports bar in Night Bazaar.... But I doubt it under the circumstances! If he is open ask him what he's doing for the World cup in English, cheers.

 The main problem with your plan would be the gap between cufew starting (9pm) and the game starting (2am?). It would have to be a fair few customers to justify the extra 7 hours after curfew starts till the match finishes.I imagine it would depend on how many people there were. If there are people interested they should maybe add there name and see if it is enough for a bar-owner to take you up on it.

From yesterday, it doesn't look like it will be a problem.. Several bars remained open until very late, just half-shut the doors. No hassle from checkpoints either.
