How Much Can Cost A House Maintenance While Abroad?

Featured Replies

:) Hello! We got recently a 2 bedrooms house in Samui, about 1 rai of land and we will use it for some 6 months/year. For the moment we are not interested in letting it out; however as sometimes the place will stay closed for 3-4 months we would like to know are there property maintenance companies and how much can it cost... to pass a couple of times a month, keep everything clean and ok, water the plants, pay the bills. We prefere to deal with English speaking company that understands all we speak about and lets us know rapidly about anything that can be important while we are away.

Have anyone idea how much reasonably it could cost? Have similar situation? Thanks for any info!!!

10,000 thb per month, including 24/7 security and water the garden.

Great help Sean.

A friend of mine in Pattaya has 5 gardeners come for 1 day a month, costs him Baht 1,000.

My friends know to trust me, because I will water that garden with all my heart if they are busy, and there's no comparison between Pattaya and Samui anyway. :)
