W/P, Visa Marrige Extension

Hi Guys,

Iv posted about this before and have updated so need advice..

Iv been working for company without a w/p as previously stated for a while.. anyway my marrige extenison is up on the 11th so here is the plan.. anyday now my work permit will be finised by the BOI once i have this the accountant is going to pay my tax for me and pay the back dated tax so that i have the last 3 months to satisfy immigration to issued a renewal on my marrige extension.. but the w/p may not be hear by friday so here is the problem///

The work accountnat recons that if i havent got the w/p and tax done by friday which is the day my extension finishes to wait until monday and then go down on monday but by then i will be overstay by 2 days so my question is will they let me renew my extension if the stamp in the passport says it will finish on the 11th or will the immigration want to know why i havent renewed it and have let it expire?

Im really not sure what to do , do i trust the accountant who obviously deals with this all the time? or do i go to laos? i kinda wanna keep the extension going if possible but dont wanna get in the crap.

any advice ?
