Most small book stalls that sell Thai newspapers have the BP and Nation Newspapers. They are usually available after the first flight from Bangkok.

You can get it at the book store opposite the main branch of Bangkok Bank on Srichan road, in the center of town.

Cross the road (Klang Muang) from the main Post Office in town and slightly to your left is an opticians. Two doors away from that is a large book/magazine stall. They stock the Bangkok Post and The Nation and the Herald Tribune too sometimes.
