i guess many thai girls wouldlike a big heavy pair of silicon jugs instead of a pair of fried eggs, and replace their 'electrical socket nose' with a smallneat nose.

I think it is a good thing. This lack of self esteem keeps Thai ladies humble and thus most do not get big heads.

Personally, i love the way Thai ladies look, but most of all i love their attitudes in life. I'm back in the UK at the moment and my wife (Thai) is in Thailand. I was out for a beer with the lads on Saturday and there wasn't a woman there who could hold a candle to my Mrs (and all of my pals agree). IMHO in the UK at the moment (and now i'm Generalising) the women are all getting "Lardy" with horrible foul mouths.

Arrived back in London with my Thai wife and baby last week.

Out on Friday with friends and most of the girls in the pub were "lardy" and very "foul-mouthed"!

I was told it's the "Ladette Culture"!

My response was aimed at the guy calling Thai ladies for having fried egg jugs, electrical socket noses and duck feet.

My observation of the English girls (generalisation) was from what I saw when I went out on Sat night. In fact it was some of the other ladies I was with ,who where making most of the comments. I’m not fat or foul mouthed, I have a good job, nice house and have never had a problem with the ladies. I didn’t go out to LOS to meet a woman who would “come up to my expectations”, in fact I didn’t go to LOS to meet any woman at all. However, I feel I’m the luckiest man in the world, to have ‘accidentally’ met my wife.

And the men out there don’t generally like these kind of women, it’s just that’s all that is on offer. You want to see some of these guys faces who are sat with a lardy when a lovely, slim girl walks in!! They would jump at the chance to Part-Exchange

I’m not fat or foul mouthed, I have a good job, nice house and have never had a problem with the ladies.

So you've never had a problem with the ladies.  Did you date "lardys" before moving to a country with a favorable exchange rate?

This is certainly not a Thai problem or an Asian problem. Many women around the world have issues related to how they view themselves, or how they feel society views them. As the article points out this has a lot to do with how the media (and society in general) portrays the “ideal” image.

Who is to blame? The blokes because they generally are the reason women want to look nice, or the dames as they are the ones breaking their backs to reach that “ideal” image. I think there is enough blame to go around.

Also the 1% thinking they are beautiful has a lot to do with how the questions are asked, and what question is asked just prior to the question – If they view themselves as beautiful.

The Media and Cosmetics industry are to blame...... Women all over the world see beauty being displayed in the media and the cosmetics industry uses this to sell their products....

Personally i prefer women without make up, as it allows all their natural beauty to show through, women that wear a lot of make-up are hidding behind a mask!

As for cosmetic surgery, well I beleive that should only be carried out if the is a real medical need, bei it physical or physcological.... not for reasons of vanity!

As for Silicons..... horrible to look at - they look so false , and even worse to feel!

OK, this is all very dangerous territory in this discussion, so I will try to step carefully.

Men have egos. OK we have big egos! But we wouldn't sit there and compare our GFs. Well, not blatantly anyway. But a guy does like other guys to notice what a fine specimen of the human race he is dating (and mating). I offer no apologies for this. I am a dumb animal and I know it.

As for British women. I've said elsewhere, they are not to my liking, but that does not mean they are all ugly or bad people. It's just simply that I prefer petite brown girls. I'm pretty sure the female half of the UK isn't crying into their Bacardi Breezers at the thought of this, so I guess we'll all just get on with our lives.

As for csometics, jeez, what's white the skin whitening? My gf has beautiful (brown) skin. I tell her this, and I think she appreciates it.........but she still slaps on the whitener anyway! I can't believe it is doing her any good, but she won't listen.

Yes I agree, Asian women ARE a lot more beautiful that white women, and what is more the beauty is natural...... No make-up required!
