Hi,

I am wanting to get a restricted use phone for children to use. Something like the "Teddyfone" or "Tictalk" phone available in the UK or USA?. Able to restrict both dial outs to certain numbers, and also restrict incoming phone calls. Does anyone know of such a phone in Thailand?

Thanks for any help someone can give.
