So I phoned the Embassy today, finally got connected after about 30 minutes. Asked if my wife's interview confirmation letter has been sent. She asked to speak to my wife and then told her yes, 5 days ago, your interview is on the 5th of October. (She also asked my wife if she was able to tell me the date in English ??)

So the countdown begins, sounds so far away at the moment. Still need the letter so I know excatly what they want me to produce.

Yea, it was 4 months before my wife was granted an interview way back last April so she goes "before the beak" on August 1st at 8.00am (N0 queues just walk to the window they say!!!) I am in the UK so if you need any help IM me and I'll try to be of assistance.
