Whats A Good Cheap Airline Booking Site

Featured Replies

been using sidestep.com, but its acting funny and only showing all nippon results, worked good for the first two weeks, but its defaulting to ANA now even after i change the settings.

was getting ticket prices for $1316 round, but now its $3000+ round via ANA

know a good booking site?

Try moxtravel.com, they are specialists (or proport to be) ,in securing the best deals from Thailand

They shaved 5,000 baht off a trip I am planning to the UK

China Airlines, JAL, EVA might be worth looking into.

I use itasoftware.com because I can often shift my dates to suit the best price.

I don't know if you intend to go from cnx or bkk - but from bkk on August 18, I think, I found Honolulu at $1303 RT.

(When confronted by the opening page, I have to click in the upper right (month-long search) and then indicate approximate time of stay.)

Skyscanner dot net seems to come up with 40,000B returns in September. Scans a range of airlines and agents, then links you to whoever's doing it cheapest. The example I came up with was Japan airlines and JALways booked through Skytours - Tuesday flights.

Wait a while for it to complete the search before seeing the final cheapest flight.

Or go to an agent in town....

Thanks for the suggestions, ended up using cheaptickets dot com.

BKK - Honolulu 18 days advance $1550 RT

Return scheduled in June, $180 rescheduling fee if date changes was able to select seats online too, pretty cool.

FYI, i was seeing 8 month advance purchases for $800 RT...wow!

Thank you for mentioning cheaptickets.com.

I have found a return to Toronto in the spring/summer for $1200 return.

Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong and Air Canada to TO Lester Pearson

I think this is a pretty good deal for these two carriers

Did you do a date search within a 1-2 week span? I found that ticket prices varied by $200 just within a two day difference, 3 day variation and it was up to a $500 difference.

No, I've looked a couple of weeks behind and in advance, but it comes out at the same price.

Just under 40,000 Baht to Toronto, with Cathay Pacific and Air Canada sounds like a good deal and there's less than 2 hours changing planes. It's the cheapest I've seen to date.

I am curious. Did you compare with the Airline web site for the same flight. I find that cheaptickets kicks it up $25.

yep i compared the prices, prices were generally more at the airline site, especially on certain days.

If you go over a certain time span for the return, they do something retarded and only default to ANA flights.
