French man stabbed in the stomach during beer bar party.

At the Pattaya Memorial Hospital, medical staff admitted a French man; Mr. Francoise Gene aged 42 who had sustained a knife wound to his stomach. Pattaya Police were called in to investigate the case and discovered that the incident took place at the King Kong Beer Bar in Soi Beokeow. The suspected attacker was Khun O, a cousin of the bar owner who decided not to hang around for the Police. Apparently there was a fight inside the bar and during the altercation Khun O allegedly stabbed the victim with a knife. For now, Police are attempting to locate the woman who will face serious assault charges when caught.

Whats the scores George Doors??

Are these people making a living chasing up petty incidents in Pattaya and reporting them? Surely they could report something constructive or positive once in a while instead of minor isolated incidents?

As one who likes Pattaya and feels it does get a bad rap unfairly, this <deleted> really pisses me off.

Consider that Pattaya City news and the Volunteer Tourist Police are in bed together. It's no suprise that this is the result. It does not help Pattaya's image

to have these types of news articles constantly posted on this forum. :o

Whether you like it or not people read articles in PCN - people love watching train wrecks.

Its a local Pattaya news channel and this IS local pattaya news!

I don't see a problem with it really, They need events to report on to keep going.

Better than the tedious Pattaya expats club rubbish. :o

Of course it should be reported....this is the real world.

If the criminals thought that their crimes would never be published I am sure that they would commit more because they would know that they would have a better chance of not being apprehended.

If democracy is to survive then all news should be reported including what happens in Pattaya...warts and all.

The only King Kong Bar I know is on Soi Six (Soi Yodsak) and that's about what you would expect in a classy place like that!!! :D

Usually a pretty friendly bunch of ladies there though...... not the type to be stabbing people! They might send you home with a dose of it, but not a hole in your tummy!!! :o

Yes, there are some who are entertained by watching another persons pain and suffering...and there are others who don't share their morbid fascinations.

Nope, the interest is not the content of the articles. It's curiosity as to the motivation

behind numerous PCN postings and the possible affilication of the poster.Negitive articles posted on (this forum) will not help bring business to Pattaya. It is a disservice to the business people in Pattaya, and perhaps a little selfserving.

Um, interesting! Never noticed that toklong but you are right. Every article quoting PCN was started by britmaveric. Whats the connection do you think?

No connection or affiliation just sharing news and I do post positive articles on Patters when I find they are posted. Normally they get little or no response so with that being said - sensational news is what attracts people.

Anyone who knows me on this forum and off it will tell you I love Patters! :o
