I have a True Move postpaid account. I have now twice spent something like 10 minutes to try to pay at the ATM, failing both times.

The barcode is printed so poorly that the ATMs don't recognize it, so my favorite / most convenient payment method "Pay by barcode" doesn't work.

I tried various combinations with the reference number but it was denied every time.

I ended up paying at 7/11... but would like to pay at ATM...

Done the transfer to True by ATM countless of times. No barcode was involved. The instructions are pretty clear and simple by clicking 'other services' > transfer......
