bannork Posted July 17, 2018 Share Posted July 17, 2018 Andrew, I sympathise with you. About 20 years ago I suddenly got a searing pain in my back. I couldn't pinpoint it, it seem to move around. Then I started retching badly every few minutes. My missus took one look and told me it was a kidney stone. I somehow got down to the hospital where an X ray proved to be too vague to make anything out , I was put on a couple of drips and luckily about 1.00 am all my symptoms ceased. The doc said I was lucky and it must have passed through. Cut down on the salt, he advised, too much and the deposits turn to stone.
