True (Bangkok) Terrible Bandwidth

Featured Replies

I am getting terrible bandwidth from True internet this past few days. I have a 8 Mb package and my router is only connecting at 2032 kbps / 124 kbps . I just want to know if I am the only one affected or this is a widespread problem ?

about 2 Months ago .. True make a "Upgrade" in some area. since this i have serious connection problems too.

my "old" routers/modems not working at all ... and the True WiFi Router 'Nlink' disconnect Wifi and carrier all the time.

the speed is there ... i have 8Mbit as well and torrents fly in with 1Mbyte wich is 100%, but the line is so instable its not even possible to stay in msn for longer then 2 hours.

and every time the router "think of a wrtong URL" i get forced redirected to portal.trueinternet .. and this is really anoying !

i also seend domaindiscount24 webpages some time.

or iTunes Store pops up something like THIS: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=4593199&l=5cb3ea666c&id=696084932

basically .. my mobilephone is more stable in Internet matters ..

If you connect with that speed on a 8M package then you most likely have a problem with the cable.... rain?

Then its a localized problem I guess. Thank you for the input. Hope this will resolve itself by the next day or I will have to call the costumer care, weekend ruined .

Call immediately.... no need to wait for better weather, it should work anyway.
