Major Cineplex At The Avenue -- No 3D

Featured Replies

Just a warning so that others aren't deceived by the movieseer website. They list the Piranha movie as Piranha 3D at the cinema at the Avenue. So even though I had previously thought that theater doesn't have a 3D screen, the listing made me think they do now. Well, they don't. Go there and Piranha 3D is actually plain old Piranha.

you went purposefully to see Piranha? were you high?

Guilty pleasure.

Piranha 1D would be 1 dimension too many for me but its a shame they don't have 3D since there are a lot of 3D movies coming out these days and based on what i saw with Avatar, i can't wait for more

If you move your head rapidly from side to side by 1-2 inches whilst watching the movie, you can achieve a semi 3D effect which increases as you become more giddy :o

Drinking excessively beforehand might also fool you into thinking that the movie is in 3D

I did see the non-3D version and most of the time I was thinking, wow, this would be great in 3D! I think I'm going to have to see it a second time in 3D!

It's actually a good movie, for the type of movie that it is.

ok, now you've gone too far. sidenote, i went to that chinese restaurant at the Dusit Thani. i don't remember if you and i had made comments about finding good chinese but, anyway, good shit over there. if you like szechuan, this is the only place i have ever found in Pattaya with the real deal.

if it wasn't you, fuc_k off.
