Hanging by a moment by Lifehouse...they were a one hit wonder...I heard the song on the radio driving home from work one afternoon in Abu Dhabi and it hooked me; a gentle intro followed by thrashing and lyrics describing crazy, uncontrollable love, passion, sex, etc...

recently in Vietnam I fell in love widda prostitute and the madness of the song came to mind...an initial tenderness followed by crazyarsed rollin' and tumblin'...wanted to give the lady my cassette but reckoned that, as a one hit wonder, would not be able to replace it...not that she would've cared anyway...

I was inna loggin' camp in SE Alaska in 1974 an' de guy inna next bunk had a radio that played the Ames Bros every morning at 5am...the last thing that ye wanted to listen to when just awake, miserable an' hung over an' facin' a 10 hour day ob hard labour... :o
