Not surprising, considering that the people who drafted the rules have no talent and bought their positions. They are utter nonsense, will result in total confusion and will likely be changed. This is disgraceful. -

They are there illegally and then commit a violent sex crime - just being illegal should make them liable to be exported from the country. The US has some of the most liberal immigration laws of most countries yet illegals continue pouring into the country due to lax enforcement. Time for sure to make the &^%$hole countries pay for sending their folks especially those countries for which the US has paid big $$ to help the problem citizens but which most likely through corruption goes into some politcian's pockets. My opinion on this issue anyway. -

Thai police shut down 21 villas on Koh Samui, foreigners evicted
There is yet another new road up there. Starts just before the original one turns to go up to the Black Rabbit, and runs parallel to it. Looks like it is heading to those villas being built before Replay. Before it became Black Rabbit, it was no longer just a shack. It was a nice looking little coffee shop with fantastic views. It was up for sale for quite a while, and then became the Black Rabbit. There is also a nice looking house up there. Well not so much the house, but the owner, Thai I presume has cleared all the land in front to make a large, sloped garden with large rocks peppered all over. He must have fantastic views across to Koh Phangan. -

Some yesrs ago I had 4 girls iin my hotel,.we stayed 3 days in the room without leaving..they walked naked in my room all the time..we ordered food from roomservice and the guy who came with our food laughed eveytime even the girls used towells during the food delivery.. funny and good memories.. but we not recorded anything..when i couldt do anything because i get exhausted they fuild up witk lesbian sex and i could just sit there and enjoy their without any chance to join into that because my junior needed a break.Thw only complain we get was from a old grumpy guy in tye neighbouring room.This kind of people's doing sex in public is Moran's who try to make stories for the social media -
