And that's exactly what you would do You would continue to meet the banked money method seasoning requirements of the current extension you're on (800K baht in the bank for 3 months after the extension is issued and then the balance can't go below 400K baht the rest of the year) AND you'd also be transferring in a minimum of 65K baht a month, each month, every month so you can use monthly income method for the next yearly extension I would pull the balance in your account down to UNDER 800K after the 3 months so they're not tempted to just give you the extension based on banked money again next year (having it under that 800K but above the 400k minimum required balance means they HAVE to accept the monthly income method by international transfers 🙂 -

Sounds a bit like the Dutch coffeeshops boss who was jailed with his wife for 100+ years. He was released and now sues the Dutch state, one of the things already known is that he was offered to leave jail pretending that he would have died but he refused as his wife would remain in jail in that case. Yeah you read that right. I am pretty sure that case is going to create some noise in the near future. Anyway at first I thought the guy just killed himself but now I started to think twice .... -

You DO need to transfer the stamps before you do your next 90 day report You might as well "make a day of it" and go get the stamps moved, then file a 90 day report in person to get the new passport in the system PLUS you'll need to file a new TM30 with the new passport number or you will not be able to do 90 day reporting online you have the transfer stamp form and you need all the copies it says You also need to update your bank book the date you apply (no bank letter needed) and make a copy of the first page (w/your name account #) and then the last page that shows the balance You most likely won't need the credit advice print outs to show you've been transferring in a minimum of 65K baht a month since your last extension BUT if you have them take them 🙂
