Rugby On Tv In Phuket

Featured Replies

So England beat The Wallabies at Twickenham this weekend

Brilliant

Were we able to see it?

No

True Visions who can't even send their programme out on time, do not have a channel for Rugby while they have about four for Soccer. Can any soccer fan watch 4 games at once

No.

So why do the Rugby fans, and there must be quite a number here, get shut out by True Visions?

Are we even going to be able to see the Six Nations when it starts?

True Visions caters for Thais. You only need to look at the magazine to see that. Thais do not watch rugby but they are mad about football.

ESPN/Star do cater for more of an expat crowd, being Singapore based, but they dumped the rugby a couple of years ago.

However, Astro caters for Malaysians yet Astro Supersports are covering the rugby!

It was on cable on Saturday.

I watched it on Astro. It was one of the best games I've watched for a long time (not just trying to rub it in for you who missed it :D ) but it was an awsome performance.

I'm fairly sure it was also available on BBC iplayer as well, but that may just have been a highlight program condensed to about 40 minutes, I can't remember. either way, a highlight program, if you don't know the score yet, is still well worth a look if that's all you've got.

You could check at the Aussie bar Bangla road.

They got almost any sport

If your in Kata, try Solution Bar on Kata New Road, watched England game in there on Saturday, good crowd in also, think Jon's got England V Samoa this Saturday.

PST.

Both Phuket Cable and KPP (operating under different names) carry the Astro Supersport channels but bear in mind that channels chop and change without notice and you can be watching something and the engineer suddenly switches to another channel.0

Someone on here will suggest the right cable in Kathu.

I don't know if you can get cable where you are, howew
