Democracy you have to deserve and be ready for. Most parties participating in the elections win. Only those with less or no seats loose.

Since 2006 none won a majority in Thailand. In February 2005 TRT and k. Thaksin won 375 out of 500 seats, that was a victory. The April 2006 election was judged invalid, other parties boycotted it. Thaksin's decision to call those early elections followed a mounting campaign of criticism of his personal financial dealings. Shows democracy can be very convenient for those who like to manipulate.
