Here's my situation. Are there any people you guys know or recommend that can redesign a website. I am aware that re doing a website by re-writing html + plus css can take long depending on a few factors. I would like to have the website redesigned in a way where

1. Does not include the use of flash

2. Website can be used on iphone and other smart phones ( basically meaning content, wording is optimized correct for use with smartphones

3. Re doing many other parts of the website including loading intro, creating comment page, redesigning reservation, re doing photo gallery page and a few other things

From who they serviced and the work they done might give you the idea of expensive service but infact they are charging half of what USA companies normaly charge.
