A Good Thai Restaurant On Rama 9

Do you know a specially good THAI restaurant on Rama 9 (let's say between airport and downtown)?

It needs to be of an easy access by car, typically Thai but not the usual "Tom Yam, Chicken cashew nuts, Papaya Pok Pok" trip, outside with nice garden, reasonable prices (let's say 20-50% more than average greasy spoons), music is OK if not over loud.
