Gyms In Patong

Hi

I am new to the area and was wondering if there is any good gyms in patong or nearby that anyone recommends.

Heading south from the main entrance of Jungceylon about 200 metres on the same side,

There was a gym in the side street which was popular, right hand side not far up from the entrance to the road

Also, about 500 meters from Jungceylon "south" on Rat U Thit Rd (opposing traffic) just before Sai Na-mien rd (you'll see a family mart at the corner and barriers in the middle of the road) there is a side road that connects Sai Na-mien to Rat-u-thit rd. You'll pass a bunch of mini-bars and before the bend you should see the gym. When the side street dead-ends into Sai Na-mien rd, there's another FamilyMart on the right.
