But, trying to listen to Sammy-Boy, with his Vocal Fry, that frog in his throat, similar to Elizabeth Holmes.... It's A Nightmare, Signifying Nothing. Elon, on the other hand, has a deep grounding in Science. He is correct that China is way-ahead with its quickly expanding energy infrastructure. Energy is crucial for both economic development and for AI Technology progress. Seems unlikely that the USA can catch up with the Rate-Of-Progress now trending in China....UNLESS.... Unless, the Iran War goes well for the USA, and the USA ends with the total destruction of all energy supply from the ME, which will.. Harm China, radically more than the USA. The key for the USA is to deny China, as much as possible, input of energy resources from without China. And, to deny China access to advanced chips. Otherwise, the theory goes: The USA is toast. In fact, from what little I already know about China: The USA is toast, already. It need not have been this way, if only the leadership of the USA had been tuned in to the future, and had Practiced far more foresight. China has been making very steady progress. The USA always moves forwards, or backwards, in fits and starts.
