Simply call 1175 and tell them you don't want it any more :blink: They speak very good English and are very helpful. The other option is to simply make sure that you have no credit on the phone when the package is due and it will simply stop.

Agree dial 1175, press 2 for English. Sometimes they verify ownership by asking about recent top-up activity. Alternatively you can wade through the IVR system by dialing *138, press 1 for English.
