Hi guyes,a few questions on my mind before buying that 2 nd hand car..

1:how can i check if there is debt on the car or its on downpayment? If its debt/or on downpayment,does the owner still have the blue book?

2:Is it only the blue book i need from the seller to be the legal owner,or anything else?

3:Aprrox how much is the Tax/insurance costs for a eg 1 year old Toyota vios,Honda,city?
